After registering according to the instruction, this will return steps on how to use the service offered by Trylah[ii]

Alternatively, buyers who are familiar with the system can SMS their desired car details (i.e. Make, Model, Year) [iii] or just the reference number which can be obtained by conducting a search on the Trylah website [iv].

Request will be immediately sent if there is a match, and if there are any errors or no matches the buyers will be asked to contact the Trylah customer service hotline [iv]. The Trylah customer service will also be automatically informed of the error. Here all requests are treated as a potential buyer so none will go unanswered
[iv] If buyer types incorrect info, he/she will receive an error message, prompting them to call the hotline 1300-887-887. The hotline number will be available to assist buyers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The buyer will receive particulars of the sellers (dealers & individuals) that are currently stocking the car that has just been requested [v]. The buyer will receive the particulars via SMS at no charge from Trylah (excluding standard telco fees). Concurrently the buyer’s mobile phone number and his/her request will be forwarded to the seller stocking the car via SMS [vi].
[v] Buyer receives contact details of sellers currently stocking the requested car. For more cars, buyers can SMS "MORE 517" to 33887.
*517 is the demo reference number for the search. Different reference numbers will be assigned to each car search.
To stop receiving SMS from Trylah, type "STOP" and send to 33887. (Displayed in all SMS sent by Trylah)
